Metro Signs designs and manufactures in-house a wide range of general signage, from temporary applications such as exhibitions and sporting events, through to permanent fixtures, directional and wayfinding systems, and illuminated signage.

We prepare detailed drawings of every aspect of the signage design, from concept and initial artists’ impressions, through to engineering specifications for construction and installation of the sign, and elevations showing its proposed location.

Better still, our technology allows you to virtually check your signage, on site, before it’s even been made, with detailed imaging and 3D visualisations which will bring your project to life ‘on the drawing board’.

Our facility features the latest technology in a wide range of processes, including pylon construction; metal welding; steel, aluminium and plastic fabrication; vacuum forming; computer-controlled routing; LED illumination technology; large format digital printing (indoor and outdoor); spray painting, and vinyl cutting.

Our in-house team of metal fabricators, painters, vinyl and acrylic specialists, and electricians will ensure your signs are completed for maximum impact. We manufacture to the highest standards in the industry, with accreditation to the internationally recognised ISO9001:2008 quality assurance standard. We design and have built aluminium extrusions and/or profiles to suit specific projects. All moulding and tooling is manufactured and tested in-house to exacting standards.

Metro Signs’ professional installation, scheduling and implementation services ensure installation runs smoothly every time, whether we are removing or repositioning a sign at a single-site installation, or implementing the largest national roll-out of new branding.

Our project management professionals work closely with engineers and local council and other planning authorities to ensure even the most complicated and challenging installation projects are completed on time and on budget.

Every installation meets the very highest standards in the industry, thanks to the implementation of strict OH&S procedures on every site, compliance with all Australian standards and, of course, our own stringent total quality control process.

We act as an extension of your management team, taking care of everything from pre-design advice, permit procurement, installation, and ongoing maintenance coordination.

They will monitor the progress of your project to ensure it meets your specifications and brief and follows the critical path mapped out in the planning stage.
